Swaying motion is inspired by my personal conflict of being constantly in motion, like a pendulum, swinging back and forth between my Pakistani roots and my life here. What happens if I freeze myself in motion at the very moment when I’m not there, not here, but somewhere in between?

I took references from my Pakistani heritage and combined them with modern embroidery and tailoring techniques, creating a dynamic that preserves the past while also discovering possibilities of what lies ahead.
