Interior Design
Interior and Me
When I graduated from medicinal-track in high school, I became what I have always wanted, an interior design student. Colors and forms were what I thought interior design was about. I clearly was stuck at the intersection between art and design.
Research guided me to define parameters so that one discipline would not influence the other. With time, I learnt that interior design is not only about colors and forms, but also about designing for the users’ physical, emotional and mental well-being.
As I continue developing my identity as a designer, I see interiors as canvas and the experience of creating as a color palette. As a previous medicinal-track student, I now find interior design as another way to heal people.
