This thesis inquiry is an exploration of the emotional wellbeing of young girls in the region. The purpose of this project is to create a series of kits, to help girls through transformational journeys and expand their awareness on essential topics such as wellbeing, happiness, self-care, stress-management, and emotions. Furthermore, the three main aspects of the project aim to improve the emotional quality of young girls’ experiences in life, to build a place of safe interaction, and enhance mental health contributing to women leaders of the future.
