The Arabic Language is a very expressive and descriptive language. Unraveling a language reveals both its formal and literal meanings, supporting the understanding of one’s identity. Losing it, results in the loss, of not only identity, but an entire culture. This project aims to use Arabic typography and letterforms to explore the possibility of combining the expressiveness of the Arabic language and fashion, to create pieces that are intriguing, and reflect their ideological context.
