To achieve a healthy mindset, we have to get to know ourselves, understand who we are, how we react to the world around us, and how our experiences affect our inner selves. One On One is a project dedicated to cultivating self-awareness within people by influencing them to have self-reflection sessions with themselves. Having a ritual alone can help in understanding and controlling our feelings and emotions, which can result in a higher energy level.
